Prior to establishing the company, he was an Associate Vice President at BB&T Capital Markets, where he closed more than $1 billion of transactions in multiple industries. He received an M.B.A in Finance and M.P.P in Econometrics & Statistical Analysis from the College of William and Mary and a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Utah.

Prior to joining Seare Marriott & Co., Mr. Marriott was a Managing Director at Virginia Capital Partners, a private equity group, where he managed new business development and deal origination, led debt and equity financings, and was a board member of two portfolio companies. He was previously employed at Bowles Hollowell Conner where he worked on mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries. He received a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Kentucky after receiving a B.S. in Business and Economics.

Prior to joining Seare Marriott & Co., Ryan was a Senior High-Yield Research Analyst at RBC Capital Markets in New York City where he wrote research on 25 companies in the high yield energy sector. Mr. Cheesman was an investment banking Analyst at Alterity Partners, with a focus on public and private sell-side M&A. Ryan received his B.S. in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University.

Prior to joining Seare Marriott & Co., Joseph was an Analyst for BB&T Capital Markets in Richmond, Virginia where his experience included a variety of mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings in an assortment of industries. Joseph also spent time on the sales and trading floor of UBS in Stamford, CT where he held a summer position working on various equity sales and trading desks. Joseph graduated with honors from Virginia Tech where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on semiconductors and a minor in Micro Electronics.

He recently graduated from Brigham Young University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management (Finance) and a minor in Spanish. Dominic held summer positions at both CIBC World Markets and at Seare Marriott & Co. He speaks fluent Spanish and is currently working on his CFA designation (CFA Level II candidate).
